Cardoen: from October 2022 – …

Cardoen is a strong dealer brand in the Belgian automotive sector. Responsible for the online media strategy, I looked together with our digital agency after the online media budgets for Google search ads, Google display, Youtube, Waze ads, Facebook ads, Affiliate marketing with Tradetracker, Reference marketing with 2dehands and Gocar, online media partnerships with DPG/HLN and other traffic sources. I have contributed to the overall SEO strategy in close collaboration with e-commerce and colleagues of the Aramis group.

Based on market research, discussions with European Google sector experts and analysis together with our digital agency we have built a digital strategy to fill the conversion funnel with potential customers who showed interest into the purchase of a car until hot customers who were in-market and even made an online reservation of a car or booked a visit into one of our 16 physical showrooms in Belgium. I implemented this strategy while constantly optimizing the CPA. Moreover I supported my colleagues in the emailing process, the activation of the Cookie consent, the development of innovative marketing campaigns, the follow-up of NPS scores, the set-up of our showroom displays, and in all online reporting questions. I used Google Analytics, Google Datastudio and SEMrush on a daily basis. I also implemented a supply-driven digital program, when supply of cars became scarce.

My core activities were SEO, performance marketing, Google Analytics, online media strategy
